My new "Spots" orchid arrived from across the country in 3 days. It was very well packed, so it is in perfect condition. It is healthy and robust. I'm so pleased with Seattle Orchid!

The orchid was WELL PACKED!  None of the buds and flowers were damaged or had fallen off the stems.  This company is definitely one I will do business with in the future!

The plant shipped did not work out b/c of exceptionally cold weather and a series of snafus with our postal service (no fault of Seattle Orchid, really. They tried their best). The orchid was cheerfully and quickly replaced - i did not think they really needed to do that b/c like I said I do not regard it as their fault. I just wanted to see what they could do to help out and was surprised at their generous & quick response.
I look forward to buying more from Seattle Orchid, and will recommend this company to others. They have earned a friend in me.
