beautiful and wonderfully fragrant May 22, 2020 Reviewer: Benjamin Kay from St. Louis, MO United States   I received a large, healthy specimen in bloom.  The flowers have a beautiful deep purple/blue hue and are strongly fragrant.  The scent is reminiscent of hyacinths and is very pleasant.  It has proven to be a sequential bloomer, putting out a second bloom spike soon after the first finished.  It is now putting out several new growths.  Growing in fir bark, lava rock, and terra cotta with moderate drainage and watering 1-2/week. Beautiful orchid! July 28, 2019 Reviewer: Christine Jewell from Durham, NC United States   I am a sucker for fragrant orchids.  This one arrived in full bud and has just started to open.  I haven't detected much of a fragrance yet, but the gorgeous blue flowers make up for it now.  I hope the fragrance comes on as the blooms fully open. Stunning July 15, 2019 Reviewer: Mark from Wisconsin   This was my first plant I received from SO, it was incredibly well packaged and the buds were undamaged. It is incredibly healthy plant and has since been in bloom for over a month. The fragrance is intoxicating, like that of hyacinths. Although, the "heavy fragrance" is misleading to me as I do not find it strong enough to fill a room. Rather, you need to be very close to smell it. Was this review helpful to you?
