Shipping July 5, 2024 Reviewer: Idaho Orchid Lover   I live in a rural area. This service works out well as they need to hand it off at the door for signature. It was warm, I immediately unpacked and everything inside was cool to the touch. Strongly recommend. Was this review helpful to you?

Seattle Orchid has another happy Customer! Post Office did not hold package for pick up. August 2, 2015 Reviewer: Brenda Shugars from Tucson, AZ United States   ***REPLY FROM SO;  THIS SERVICES DOES NOT HOLD THE PACKAGE AT THE POST OFFICE BUT PREVENTS THEM FROM BEING LEFT OUTSIDE.       I requested the package be kept at the post office for me to pick up. The mail delivery person took the package with him to deliver it but couldn't because our electronic gate was closed. So my plants rode all day without A/C in 103° heat. I did pick them up a day later and they all seem to be in good condition. Was this review helpful to you?
