Ordered in the middle of Mother's Day rush. Didn't realize it at the time, and inquired about shipping via email. Seattle orchid was very prompt in responding, explaining the situation, and giving me options as I was preparing to go out of town for a few days and didn't want the plan to arrive while I was gone. I told him it was fine if they held onto the plant until after I returned, and they shipped it early to make sure I got it before I left. The plant arrived mounted as I requested in excellent condition. I am unfamiliar with the species so I can't tell you if it's a little undersized or not, I do know it's a miniature. Very happy with my purchase and I will definitely order from Seattle orchid again based on their excellent customer service and great product. If they have something that you're after, they'll take care of you.
