I have been buying from Seattle Orchids for several years. The plants are healthy and packed well and arrive in good condition. I prefer species and they have had some hard to find ones from time to time. On a rare occasion, maybe twice in 5 years, I’ve gotten a virused plant. ( not their fault, but the growers and usually a hybrid). I let them know and they refund or credit me. They care and are very reputable! I continue to buy from them. I trust them. Most recently I purchased a Stanhopea reichenbachiana! Love it! It arrived with a spike too!
