I purchased this plant on December 14th, and it shipped out on December 20th. It spent 4 days in transit, alongside other plants in the same package, and then the package was stored inside for 2 more days. When I opened the package, this cute little plant, although being robust with good roots, had brown spots on the leaves from temperature stress. I wasnt too worried as it wouldnt spread, and those leaves would eventually be shed, but I decided to contact SeattleOrchids anyway. Their response was fantastic.
They promptly (as soon as the weather was well) shipped me TWO replacement plants for free, with a heat pack. They arrived in two days. These plants are just as beautiful and healthy as the first, now with no leaf damage. Great service and I definitely appreciate their friendly and fast response. I would still have given 5 stars even if they didn't send me the replacement plant, but I would give 6 stars if I could.
